Which devices can be used for your IPTV service?
Almost anything: Amazon Firestick / Fire TV, Android phones, tablets and TV boxes, Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV), iPhone and iPad, Windows and Mac, and any player that supports Xtream Codes or M3U — for example IBO Player, IPTV Smarters or VLC.
How do I install my IPTV subscription on my device?
After you order, we email your Xtream Codes / M3U login. Install a supported player (e.g. IBO Player or IPTV Smarters), enter the username, password and server URL from that email, and your channels load automatically. Step-by-step guides for each device are on our Install page, and support can walk you through it 24/7.
Can I use one connection on multiple devices?
Each connection streams on one device at a time. To watch on more than one screen at once (e.g. living room and bedroom), choose a multi-connection plan at checkout — you can add extra connections to any subscription.
What internet speed do I need for a buffer-free 4K IPTV experience?
We recommend at least 25 Mbps for smooth 4K, around 15 Mbps for Full HD and 10 Mbps for HD. A wired connection or 5GHz Wi-Fi gives the most stable stream.
Which devices are compatible with your 4K TV service?
Any 4K-capable device on a fast enough connection — Fire TV Stick 4K / 4K Max, Android TV 4K boxes, 4K Smart TVs, Apple TV 4K and 4K-ready players. Channels marked UHD/4K play in 4K where the source provides it; everything else streams in the best available HD.
