5. Takedown Process & Response Time

Upon receipt of a complete and legitimate copyright infringement report, we will:

1. Acknowledge receipt: Send confirmation to you within 24 business hours.

6. Counter-Notice Information

If you believe content was removed in error, or if your account or service was suspended due to a copyright complaint, you may submit a written counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

• A statement that you believe the removal was made in error or due to misidentification.
