This Privacy Policy explains how PrimoTV UK Ltd (“PrimoTV UK”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information about you when you visit https://m.primoiptv.com or subscribe to our IPTV service. We are the data controller for the personal data described below and we follow the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to deliver the service and keep accounts secure:

Account & billing: name, email address, country, the subscription plan you bought, and a payment-processor reference. We do not store full card numbers or bank details.
Service activation: the device MAC address, IPTV username and server URL we issue you, so we can link and re-issue your line if you lose access.
Support correspondence: emails, WhatsApp messages and live-chat transcripts when you contact us.
Technical: IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL and page-view timestamps, collected through standard server logs.

2. How we use information

We use your information to:

Provide the IPTV subscription you bought and activate it on your devices.
Take payment and issue invoices via our payment processor.
Reply to support, sales and reseller enquiries.
Send service emails such as activation details, renewal reminders and security alerts.
Protect the service against fraud, abuse and unauthorised redistribution of streams.
Meet our legal obligations (tax records, court orders, data-protection requests).

3. Legal basis for processing

We rely on contract to process the data needed to deliver your subscription, legitimate interests to keep our service secure and to reply to enquiries, consent for optional cookies and marketing emails, and legal obligation where we must keep tax records or comply with lawful requests.

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with:

Our secure third-party payment processors, so they can take payment.
Email and messaging providers used to send activation, support and renewal notices.
Cloud hosting, CDN and security partners that run the streaming infrastructure.
Professional advisers (accountants, lawyers) under strict confidentiality.
UK or EU authorities where we are legally required to disclose information.

5. How long we keep information

Account and billing records are kept for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 6 years after closure, to meet HMRC and consumer-protection requirements. Support tickets are kept for up to 24 months. Server logs are rotated after 30 days unless flagged for fraud investigation.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

Confirm what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
Correct any information that is wrong or out of date.
Delete your data where we no longer need it for the reasons above.
Restrict or object to certain processing.
Send a portable copy of your data to another provider.
Withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis we rely on.

Send a request to contact@primoiptv.com. We reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled your data properly you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

7. Security

We protect data in transit with TLS, store it on servers with restricted, audited access, and review our security controls regularly. No system can be 100% secure — if a breach affects your data and is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify you and the ICO within the deadlines set by UK GDPR.

8. Children

PrimoTV UK is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will always show the most recent change. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers.
