Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form the agreement between you and PrimoTV UK Ltd (“PrimoTV UK”, “we”, “us”) when you visit https://m.primoiptv.com, buy a subscription, or use the IPTV service we provide. By creating an account or paying for a plan you confirm you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

1. The service

PrimoTV UK is a paid subscription that provides access to live TV channels and on-demand video over the public internet. The service is delivered as an Xtream Codes API or M3U feed which you load into a compatible third-party player (Hot Player, IBO Pro Player, IPTV Smarters Pro, VLC and similar). We do not produce or broadcast television content ourselves — we provide the streaming infrastructure that delivers it to your devices.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into a contract.
• The login credentials and IPTV line we issue you are for your personal household use, on the number of devices included in your plan.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• The information you give us during sign-up must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Subscriptions, billing & renewal

• Subscription terms (1, 3, 6 or 12 months), prices and any introductory discounts are shown on the pricing page.
• Payment is taken in advance for the whole term you select. We accept card, PayPal and supported cryptocurrencies.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Your access ends at the close of the term you paid for unless you buy a new term.
• The price you see is the price you pay — any applicable taxes are included. If prices change we update the pricing page only; existing paid terms are never retroactively re-charged.

4. Refunds & cancellation

We offer a money-back guarantee on first-time orders: 7 days on Essential and a full 15 days on ELITE VIP. Full details, exclusions and how to claim are in our Refund Policy. You can cancel at any time by stopping future renewals — you keep access until the end of the term you have already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Share, resell, redistribute or publish the credentials, M3U link, EPG link or video streams we provide, unless you are an approved reseller under a separate written agreement.
• Use the service to broadcast publicly (bars, hotels, gyms, offices) without a commercial licence from us.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, mirror or strip identifiers from our service.
• Use the service to commit fraud, infringe copyright, or break any law that applies to you.
• Run automated tools, bots or scripts that place an unfair load on the platform.

6. Third-party content

Channels, programmes, films and series shown on the service are owned by their respective broadcasters and rights holders. Availability and line-up can change without notice when a broadcaster modifies its distribution. Reasonable variation is part of the service; we do not refund pro-rata for individual channel changes.

7. Intellectual property

The PrimoTV UK name, logo, website, copy, design, code, illustrations and decorative artwork are owned by PrimoTV UK Ltd or licensed to it. You may not copy, modify or use them in any way that suggests endorsement without our prior written permission.

8. Liability

• The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We target 99.99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted streaming, particularly during major sports events or where your ISP throttles traffic.
• We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, for business losses, or for losses caused by your own breach of these Terms.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if you break Section 5 (Acceptable use), if your payment is reversed or charged back, or if continued service would put us in breach of law. We will use reasonable efforts to warn you first where the circumstances allow.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — the “Last updated” date at the top will show the most recent change. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers and you may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not accept it.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes that cannot be resolved between us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which they live.
